Brainwave! Take some kimchi, chop up finely, add to tofu mix, fry up in patties, serve on brown rice with a dash of soy sauce, or maybe a squeeze of lemon. Lunch! Or, mix chopped kimchi AND left over brown rice to tofu mix. If the patties are fried slowly over low heat, l bet they will form thick chewy crusts. Drizzle with soy sauce, or a little lemon. Another lunch! I'm going to try this. I happen to have all three ingredients. Plus the carrot. Though the kimchi is locally made, not Korean. Will get back to you re results!
My favorite parts of the vid are the speeded up parts in time with the soundtrack!
